New Patient Appointments
Dr. Williams treats child, adolescent, and adult patients with psychotherapy and medication management.
For new patients calling to inquire about an initial appointment, please leave your name and phone number at the number below. Generally, new patient calls are returned at the end of the business day or following day. New patients are seen first for a consultation to gather history of symptoms, treatment, and reasons for initial appointment. This can last a few sessions and will be followed by a session to discuss diagnostic impressions, treatment recommendations and make a plan together about how to make the treatment process most helpful.
Insurance and Payment
Although Dr. Williams is not an in-network provider for your insurance company, patients are given a statement each month with everything needed to submit an “out-of-network” claim for their insurance company. After meeting your deductible, patients are generally reimbursed 50-80% of the fee, depending on their insurance. Please note that HMO plans to not offer any out-of-network coverage.
Dr. Williams does not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
